Do I need to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €50.00, you do not pay shipping costs. If your order total is under €50.00, a shipping fee of €4.99 will be charged.
When can I expect my order?
If you place your order on a business day before 3:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day by PostNL (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is processed at the PostNL sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code to follow your package.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not successful, the package will either be returned to our logistics center or, if possible, delivered to a nearby PostNL location.

My package was not delivered. What should I do?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that your package is delayed with the courier. We recommend first checking the track and trace details thoroughly. If the information on the track and trace page is incorrect, please feel free to contact us. We will investigate the issue for you and, if necessary, initiate a search for your package.
