How Many Days Do I Have to Return My Order?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you can cancel your purchase without providing a reason. To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing or by phone within the 14-day cooling-off period. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s) from the date of receipt.
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging carefully. For hygiene reasons, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Wigs
- Clip-ins
- Ponytails
- Opened weave bundles
L'amour Bundels reserves the right to charge fees or refuse a return if the product has been damaged due to use or if it has been used.
Do I Have to Pay Return Shipping Costs?
The costs for returning the order are your responsibility. We will process your refund only after the product has been received in good condition. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you agree to an alternative method. Refunds are free of charge for the customer.
