General Terms and Conditions of L’amour Bundels

Article 1 – General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by L’amour Bundels through the webshop.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Product Information
2.1 L’amour Bundels sells hair bundles, closure frontals, and handmade wigs.
2.2 We strive to describe and depict the products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color and shape, however, may occur.

Article 3 – Prices
3.1 All prices listed on the webshop are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 L’amour Bundels reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Article 4 – Ordering and Payment
4.1 Orders can be placed through the webshop.
4.2 Full payment must be made before the order is shipped.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method. L’amour Bundels is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.
5.3 Free shipping applies to orders of €50 or more.

Article 6 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 You have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you can cancel your purchase without providing a reason. This must be communicated in writing or by phone.
6.2 You have 14 days after receipt to return the product.
6.3 During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.
6.4 Due to hygiene reasons, the following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Wigs
  • Clip-ins
  • Ponytails
  • Opened weave bundles
    6.5 L’amour Bundels reserves the right to charge fees or refuse the return if the product is damaged due to use or has been used.

Article 7 – Dyeing and At Your Own Risk
7.1 Dyeing hair products is 100% at your own risk. L’amour Bundels is not liable for damage or quality loss resulting from dyeing hair products.

Article 8 – Warranty
8.1 L’amour Bundels does not offer a warranty on hair products.
8.2 Our products are carefully selected and inspected before shipping. Any damage or quality issues arising after use, washing, dyeing, or other treatments are not the responsibility of L’amour Bundels.
8.3 Damage caused by incorrect use, maintenance, or treatments such as dyeing is entirely at your own risk.

Article 9 – Liability
9.1 L’amour Bundels is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or lost profits.
9.2 The liability of L’amour Bundels is limited to the order amount.

Article 10 – Privacy
10.1 L’amour Bundels respects customer privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our [Privacy Policy] for more information.

Article 11 – Complaints Procedure
11.1 Complaints can be submitted via lamourbundels@hotmail.com. We strive to address complaints within 7 business days.

Article 12 – Governing Law
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If necessary, a dispute can be submitted to the competent court.
