My package is lost

Unfortunately, it can happen that a package gets lost. We understand that this is very inconvenient and will do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. Below, we explain step by step what happens if your package has not arrived:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp

    • Send us a message via WhatsApp at +31613589285 so we are immediately aware of the situation. Please include your order number and, if possible, a screenshot of the tracking information.

  2. Investigation by PostNL

    • Once you inform us, we will initiate an investigation with PostNL. This means that PostNL will internally investigate what happened to your package. They will contact the courier and check where the package was last scanned.

  3. Confirmation of delivery requirements

    • If your package was supposed to require a signature upon delivery, according to PostNL, but no signature is registered, we will explicitly report this to PostNL. This serves as important evidence in the investigation.

  4. Sign a document

    • During the investigation, we will ask you to sign a document declaring that you have not received the package. It is important that you fill this out truthfully, as providing false information can cause problems in the future.

  5. Updates during the process

    • An investigation with PostNL usually takes an average of 2 weeks. During this time, we will keep you informed of any updates we receive from PostNL.

  6. Resolution after the investigation

    • If the investigation is completed and PostNL confirms that the package is lost, we will send the required documents and invoices to PostNL.

    • Once we receive approval, we will discuss the best solution with you: we can send you a new package or offer a refund. This will be determined based on your preference and the situation.
